To set it up to work with ULTIMATE MEMBER you need to:
1. CREATE form with wp user frontend plugin
2. COPY that form id (example: wpuf_form id=”25) to http://prntscr.com/8dduxx
3. Go to wp user frontend plugin setings and select EDIT PAGE (this is required if you want the ‘EDIT’ post to work.)

There were mistake in WP user frontend plugin in version 2.3.8. So this plugin was not showing post editor at all. It is not this plugins fault. just downgrade wp user frontend to 2.3.7
This plugin works very good.
