Do not create order numbers for DRAFT orders

Presently our plugin doesn’t offer any option to exclude sequential order numbering for checkout-draft orders generated through checkout blocks.

Considering the use case, we’ve added it to our development backlog for consideration in future releases. We appreciate your understanding.
