Do i need to activate bootstrap.js?

Hi,

I am using bootstrap twitter to make a custom theme. When i resize the browser window i see the “mobile” menu but the dropdown doesn’t seem to work.

If i look at the source code i see the plugin only loads bootstrap.css and not the bootstrap.min.js file. Should i activate something so the bootstrap.js is also loaded?
