Unfortunately there’s no option to change any pages / posts title on the fly. It will always list the default title.
However you could manually alter the template files and doing the code update yourself, see Template Files section here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/acf-recent-posts-widget/

Thank you for the answer. I just want to make sure I did understand everything correctly and that I did explain myself correctly.
When I open readme.txt (in plugins/acf-recent-posts-widget/) then I see listed options:
The widget supports the following settings:
* Widget Title
…
This widget title is the option I am after and I can not find it. Maybe this is not an option any more? Or is it possible to define it with shortcode?
When I open the loop-before.php (in plugins/acf-recent-posts-widget/templates/) I can find the row:
$title = $acf_rpw_title;
When I delete it, the widget title is no longer dislpayed. I wonder if and how I could set custom title?

The title field corresponds to the title displayed above the widget rendered HTML code. Fhis is supported for the widget only it doesn’t apply to the shortcode at all. For instance I have set to it to Latest from Blog on my site: http://screencast.com/t/rwPR0NCyW.
Note that it doesn’t have any correspondence with Posts / Page’s title so you will most likely need a custom code for that.
