Please try choose “Default Tab” as Overview tab. And then, please try enable the tabs again and save.

I set the ‘Default Tab’ as the overview tab and unfortunately, the problem still persists. I also tried resetting all of the Youzify tabs but it didn’t help.
Is there anything else I can try?

This really weird. I have tested it several times but can not find this kind of issue.
What PHP version do you use? Please try upgraded or downgrade it to to 7.4 version.
Also, you may try these:
– Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Youzify, WordPress & your theme.
– Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
– Change your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySeventeen (or other default WordPress theme).
– If you add any snippet, please try remove it for temporary

Unfortunately none of those steps worked for me. I’ll keep searching the internet to see if I can find another solution.

Seems it’s a bug from our side. Our dev team is investigating it. Once we have a solution, we will upload the fixed version asap. 🙂

This bug has been fixed on the lastest version. PLease make sure to update your Youzify to the newest one (Pro Version is 3.3.2 and Lite Version is 1.2.1).
