Display Services on home page

On our original site we have services displayed:
On our new site (nearly identical) I have services recreated (3 of them) but can’t for the life of me figure out where the toggle is to display them:

UPDATE: FIXED, each post has a “FEATURED” option below the main content that tells the theme whether the service is to be on the front or not. Leaving this up in case anyone else wonders how to do this.
