    Is it possible to display the number in a WooCommerce email?
    Via shortcode or other?

    @wiseupmarketing not without custom code, note this is not an issue with my plugin but rather with wordpress, ie wordpress natively does not execute shortcodes in emails. It can however be done (I have coded similar functionality in another project) but it would be an a separate piece of work to this plugin (although your email would make use the plugins existing shortcode).
