Display Last Private note column on woocommerce order page

I found this last post very helpful and it does what I would like it to do, mostly. (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/display-private-note-column-on-woocommerce-order-page/)
How can I move the order notes column before actions, so that actions stays in the last column?
And what should I change if I only want to show the last added private note, the current code list all the notes.

lorro – thanks this seems to work except for the lines to move the actions. when i add the unset and then the 2 new for notes and actions. it comes back to a blank order page.
***found the issue- if i remove “write log” line then it looks to perform the way i was hoping.
