To better understand what’s happening, could you please share a screenshot of the Elementor Display Conditions panel where you expect to see folders, or outline the exact steps you’re following? This will help us confirm whether this is a limitation or something we can reproduce and investigate further.

here is screenshot of Elementor Display Conditions panel – I would expect something like – “Is in folder” both for posts and pages – it would be great.
