• Woo Discount Rules not working consistently. We two main rules working together.

    1. A User Discount of 10% for all logged in customers.
    2. A New Subscriber Discount of an extra 10% off.

    They work sometimes, and at other times they are shown as applied but at a rate of 0% ! We then have to refund the discounts manually. This has been going on for months and it is taking up a lot of time that we do not have.

    We have been trying to correspond with you for the last 2 weeks about our user discount and new subscriber discount not working correctly. For some reason, you have stopped answering. We absolutely need help with your plugin not working correctly for us. Please let us speak with a professional that can help us, or to an administrator. We have put a lot of time and money into trying to figure out why your plugin is not working for us and we do not want to give up and discontinue your service. We need this to be fixed as SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please make us a priority again. This is costing us a lot of extra time and money because we have to refund every customer manually. We also believe that we are losing customers because the discount we promise is not getting calculated.

    We have sent you detailed screen shots, and clear explanations of exactly what is occurring. Please review our several emails and help us with this problem.
