Also, I wonder if you can clarify; I would like to create a discount for everyone, except one user group, which in my case is a ‘reseller’. I can see I can exclude them, by using ‘not in list’ but then that doesn’t seem to work for ‘guest users’ – is there a way around that?
Okay, thanks… so would I need 2 rules, one for logged in customers and one for non-logged in customers and then add another condition to exempt the ‘reseller user’ from getting the logged in rule discount?

I think it can work that way, but if you have access, you can try and figure it out, it could be in a single rule as well, because the conditions can be powerful enough to sort it.
