Hello,

I want to disable the functionality of Permalink Manager for pages, post and woocommerce leave it only active for CPTs how can I deactivate it?

I will add this feature in the next release (2.5.0). I am going to publish it in next 2-3 weeks from now.

2.0.5.1 version is released and the post types can be disabled here:
wp-admin/tools.php?page=permalink-manager&section=settings
