Disable script

The easy way to hide something you do not want on the app is to use a CSS rule.

You can deregister a specific script with a plugin and the https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_deregister_script function but it’s for experienced user.

To detect if you are in the app, the function is_wpappninja() return true if in the app.
