Difficulty getting started

Hey,
Photonic seems to be just what I need.
Installation, setup -> OK
By Photonic -> helpers I see information from my account Google and Flickr. I think I’ve done right until here.

But the shortcode ‘gallery’ doesn’t work. It still the default of WP (it doesn’t take any attribut). If I go to setup and choise un other shortcode, it is not recognize by WP, it appears under the viual mode as a text lign.
I need some help please.

A few points / suggestions:
1. don’t use the visual mode. I have documented in the plugin’s FAQs that it isn’t written for the visual mode. You can use the text mode, and you can use the shortcode insertion script (documented under Photonic → Getting Started)
2. what is the shortcode you are using? What are you expecting to see?

Thank for responding, a lot for so fast!

I type the attributs in the text mode, in visual mode, or in viewing the article, it still the default gallery.

I first use gallery, then try some other magall, pngal

I hope to see the spectacular gallery off the documentation

My question was slightly different – what is the exact shortcode you are using, complete with all attributes? Have you tried using the type parameter to specifically use one type of gallery?

I’m so, so sorry, it’s just the visual mode who doesn’t show any thing.
By trying to view the article, it works !!!! (3days i tried realy hard, i’m stupid)

I tried:

[gallery type='flickr' user_id='abc' photoset_id='xyz' layout='circle' per_page='10']

and it works fine 🙂
