That’s not something that we have built into the plugin. It is possible with some custom coding. You would need to hook into a third party service (Such as Googles Geolocation API) to cross-reference the visitors IP address to get the location, and then conditionally show/hide the fields you want based on that location. This is a bit outside the scope of free support, but I’m sure it’s something that someone in the Developing with WordPress forum could help out with.
