Hello Yith team,

Your plugin seems to work fine, but on the product page the delivery information (recipient, sender, etc.) is missing. Just message is showing up.

I tried the Twentytwentyfive theme but it has the same problem. Is there a setting I am missing?

The gallery also isn’t working (though I dont need it).

Hello there,
thanks for contacting us and I hope you’re doing well!

In order for the recipient forms to appear, you need to set the gift card as virtual: https://docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-gift-cards/free-version-guide/create-gift-card-free-version-plugin/#virtual

On the other hand, the gift card gallery only works with the default WooCommerce gallery. I see that you use a custom gallery, and that’s why you don’t see it correctly.

Could you check it, please?

Thank you for your help. With the product set to “Virtual” it worked as it’s supposed to. 🙂
