Before moving forward, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.
Can you please check under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? (if any other error is available, let us know).

Thank you for sharing the report.
Our question was: Can you tell me how to delete all data related to this plugin?
Generally speaking, when you uninstall a plugin everything that was related to it will be deleted automatically.
You can also follow the steps in this guide.
I can see you’ve mentioned that the reason for this is that you’re having a bug and want to try deleting its files.
Although there is nothing wrong with that, but perhaps if you can tell us more about the problem we can advise another solution.
Furthermore, this is not directly related to your request but I can see you have some outdated templates.
