I have deleted the plugin and selected the option to clean everything after uninstall. All the users that I created through the plugin were deleted as they are not there anymore when I fresh install the plugin again.

However, my users table at the backend shows some strange results. The value of the admins is -2 and the users with No Role show as 7.

When I try to click on the No role users, nothing comes up and simply I see the list with all the Users.

Where should I look in the database to fix things?

    Thank you

  • Hi @barnabas1,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

After reviewing your inquiry, it seems that you might be using an outdated version of the plugin. If that’s the case, could you please update it to the latest version, 1.9.0?

Once you’ve completed the update, please check if your queries have been resolved. If not, we will investigate further.

I look forward to your response!

I have uninstalled the latest plugin version and had this option selected:
    https://snipboard.io/wdrJD1.jpg

The plugin uninstalled successfully but the user count is wrong for Admins and for No Role.

I installed the plugin again and uninstalled it but it doesn’t make any difference.

If you can help with where I should look in the database at least to fix this, I would appreciate it.

    Kind regards,

    Barnabas

    Hi @barnabas1,

I attempted to replicate the issue on our end, but it doesn’t seem to be caused by our plugin.

The problem might be due to a TLWP plugin functionality conflicted with another plugin. Could you help us troubleshoot by installing and activating the ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting’ plugin?

It is a plugin maintained by the WordPress community in order to troubleshoot common configuration errors and known ssues. It temporarily disables all plugins, and a default theme is used, but only for your use until you disable it or log out.

Please follow the below steps in order to check this:

    1. Install and activate the above plugin.

    2. Once you activate the plugin, you can click on Troubleshoot link

    5d8df9d33d2c257361caa30b%2F60e3070575984e588d5a00c7%2F1625585042786_image.png?alt=media&token=39f96dd1-e7d1-48d2-9588-10be12eec590

    2. After this, the troubleshooting mode will be enabled, and all the plugins will be disabled, you can then enable the TLWP plugin as below

    3. Once TLWP plugin is enabled, you can go to the plugin screen and see if you are still getting the error.

    4. If you are not getting the error, it means the issue is occurring due to some conflict. In this case, you can enable other plugins one by one and see which plugin is causing this error.

Let us know the update. Happy to support you!

This problem was caused because of Index WP Users for Speed plugin. When I did a new user indexing the problem was solved. Everything is good. Nothing wrong with your plugin.
