Delayed Support?

Please see my reply to the support you have 1 week ago regarding gift cards not loading template. I have asked for further clarification via the contact form on your website, including asking for paid support with the purchase of the “pro” version, but I have not received any further support. Please advise. Here is my reply to your prior support response:
“In following the video instructions, I do not believe it indicated to make a voucher template for gift cards (or I misunderstood). Currently, the only voucher template I have is the demo one that came with installation of the plugin.

Please advise if a voucher template needs to be created for git cards also, or where this code should be placed since the “add new gift card” and “edit gift card” does not indicate this.
