On the main plugin page for WP Optimize, it’s specified that you can “Compact/de-fragment MySQL tables with a button-press”. I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t find this button. Also, is there any way to setup a defrag on a schedule?

Here you will find multiple options to tweak the DB. The very first button/option Optimize database tables is what you are looking for.

Also the premuim version of this plugin does support scheduling.
