• Hi,

    I use this plugin on 3 different websites and it is perfect for what we need.

    However, I have an on-going issue.

    When the plugin is updated, the default minimum quantity of tickets defaults to ‘1’ instead of ‘0’. I need this to be ‘0’ at all times as there are multiple ticket types available.

    To keep it at ‘0’ I am having to roll back the plugin, which is obviously not suitable.

    Has anybody else experience the same issue? Is there a fix for this? Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks for your message. I just checked on our end, and it’s working fine here. Can you please share your event ticket type section screenshot? If you are using the Min/Max Ticket quantity, then I request you to please open a support ticket in the PRO support, as the Addon is the Premium addon, the Dedicated support team will assist you to solve the issue quickly.

    Hi Abdullah, thank you for getting back to me. Screen shot above. You can see that the default quantity is set to zero, which is fine with the version of the plugin that I am using at the moment, but when it updates to the latest version it shows (front end) a minimum quantity of 1, which I can’t have as a user needs to choose one OR another ticket, not one of each.

    Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (5.0.1). I hope the issue has been fixed in this version. Please let me know your feedback.
