Debug error on all pages

Hi, when enabling WordPress debug mode, the following error is being presented on every page:
Strict Standards: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, non-static method CrossRef::loadScript() should not be called statically in /home/foo/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496
