Deactivate Theme Builder

    Hi there!

    I’ve installed this plugin because we needed some of the widgets you have, but we don’t need anything else.

    In this site were we installed the plugin we have a theme already, and the plugin is making changes on the classes of the dom’s elements and it’s creating so many bugs and errors that it’s making me crazy.

    We just need the widgets the plugin adds to elementor, we don’t want the theme builder option. Is there ANYWAY possible to deactivate just this part? Otherwise we’re going to need a plugin change

    Hi again,

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]
    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well
    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
