    Please fix this SCF, ACF mis-match.

    Because I need to keeep this Registration form functional, I will remove the date picker if not getting a response within two days.

    For now, I have changed the DATE PICKER field type to text type. Because it was just not working, and I had to make this form available.
    But, the team can please replicate / experiment.
