date format sidebar

I change it to german format of date, but at the frontend at my website is the english format shown: http://www.fundkorb.com

Hello,

thanks for advice. But it does’nt work to switch the sidebar option to MEC Single sidebar. If I activate only the element “MEC Single sidebar” at the widget menu (https://snipboard.io/HhiXoF.jpg) and also if I activate this sidebar element at my website backend (https://snipboard.io/qkYKHl.jpg) the MEC sidebar disappear at the frontend at http://fundkorb.com/ (https://snipboard.io/DWZJBo.jpg). What is the mistake? How can I adjust it?
