When creating a package with duplicato I have problems with some (but not all) emojis that are on pages of my site. For example the string “🤓🕹⚓” results in “??⚓”. I checked the sql file in the zip and it already has the problem there. When I do a quick export (UTF8) with phpmyadmin I don’t have this problem.

Any idea how I can solve this?
