Please note, however, that as of September 27, 2021, the DPA, which contains the 2010 EU Standard Contractual Clauses, no longer applies to Defiant’s processing of EU personal data through the Wordfence services. The revised EU Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the EU Commission on June 4, 2021 (in effect as of June 27, 2021) apply to all Defiant agreements signed after September 27, 2021.
