Daily post notification – not working

    Hi Support team
    I have set Post notifications everyday at 12PM. but we are getting Email once per two days. I am not sure why this is happening. We are publishing post every day 12AM and we are sending email at 12PM.
    We have used linux cron job from cpanel from Bluehost. its running every 15 min as per settings.
    Could you please help us why we got email on alternate day.
