Hi there,
This issue can be caused by an old, cached version of your WordPress dashboard page being served to your browser. Can you please clear all the cache on your site?
1. Clear Your Browser Cache and try in Incognito mode
2. Clear Your WordPress Caching Plugin’s Cache
If you are using a caching or performance plugin (like WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.), its stored cache needs to be emptied.
3. Clear Your Server/Host Cache (If Applicable)
Many web hosting providers (like SiteGround, Bluehost, WP Engine, Kinsta, etc.) have their own server-level caching tools.
4. Clear CDN/Service Cache (If Applicable)
If you are using a Content Delivery Network like Cloudflare or Sucuri, you will need to clear its cache as well.
5. Check for Plugin-Specific Issues
If the tokens still haven’t refreshed after clearing all caches, the issue may be specific to the plugin itself. You can try deactivating other plugins by using the steps suggested here https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide
Hope this helps.
