Hello,

I get this daily notification titled “Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue” on my client’s website with your Meta pixel for WordPress plugin (version 4.1.5).

Environment and Error details:

WordPress version 6.9
Current plugin: Meta pixel for WordPress (version 4.1.5)
PHP version 8.3.28

Hi @binaire , thanks for reaching out!

Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
- Disconnect from your page via the plugin
- Re-install the plugin
- Re-connect the plugin your page

Done, and what now?

When can the cache be activated again?

Never seen anything like it for any other plugin.

Moreover, the Purchase event stopped firing on Dec. 16, before the plugin was reconnected as you asked, without anything being changed in the Pixel code or Meta back end.
