Customizer issues

Hi there,

I love your plugin. Thank you for creating it!

One issue I am running into is the Customizer not working. I thought it might be a js conflict but then found this (below) in a support thread (not for this plugin).

So I think I might need to ask my host (Dreamhost) to whitelist admin-ajax.php for the subdirectory that contains the staging site. Does that sound right to you. Is there anything else I should whitelist/try?

“See my previous post. Thought I’d post the final notes from my support tech here to benefit someone whom might want to know the exact rules that needed to be whitelisted (at least in my case):

However, for the domains [yourdomain].com and [yourotherdomain].com we had listed the rules 950904, 950905, 950906

I think the reason additional rules were whitelisted was that I had WP installed in subdirectories on these specific domains. The support tech suggested others experiencing the same issue should…

As far as providing the steps to replicate the error, before clicking “Publish” on the Customize panel, I opened the Chrome Developer (Inspector) tool and provided my support rep the details of the error message I observed in the console tab. This information aided the support tech in identifying the rules to be whitelisted”
