customizer colours shows blank

The colours section customizer is showing blank. The issue occurs whether or not there are plugins installed and enabled. I have a child theme but the same issue occurs with the default parent theme. I see this in console, is anyone please able to help

Hi there,

All three errors point to Gutenberg (Block Editor) scripts failing to load in the Customizer:

Most commonly caused by:

1. A plugin deregistering or overriding core WordPress JS
2. A version mismatch between WordPress + plugins + GeneratePress
3. Script conflict introduced from a demo import
4. A caching/minification plugin breaking admin JS
5. WP Multisite permission/network loading issues

Can you disable all plugins and re-install WP?

And is your site a multisite?

Do you mean (1) export content, a completely fresh install and import? or (2) just upload files?

I did try a fresh install and import and it all worked on testing subdirectory but as soon as I moved it to the domain root I got the issue again.

The issue is not solved by disabling or removing plugins – but will try again.

NB: all the other parts of the customizer are working fine, just the colours has this issue

Hi there,

Have you tried using a different browser to see if the error still occurs? We’ve seen similar cases where switching browsers resolved the issue.

Let us know how it goes.

I’ve tried again a fresh install, no plugins. Same issue. On all browsers (emptied cache and cookies)
