I’ve been looking at the NextGen Gallery documention to update the CSS styles for NextGen Gallery, the help document page says:

To edit the CSS stylesheet, go to your WordPress dashboard >> Gallery > Other Options > Styles, there you can edit and save your CSS

But when I navigate here there is no ‘Styles’ option

Also the help doc say that the style is located here <span style=”color: rgb(68, 68, 68); font-family: Montserrat; font-size: 17px; white-space-collapse: collapse;”>/wp-content/ngg_styles/nggallery.css</span>  but the ngg styles directory does not exist in the wp-content directory only directory i see related to NextGen gallery in the wp-content folder is ngg but this only contains the ‘modules’ directory and no CSS directories or files

  • Hi @hefin,

We removed the custom CSS from NextGEN Gallery a few years ago.

If you would like to add custom CSS, you can do so from Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Or you can use a dedicated CSS plugin.

    I hope this helps.

Many thanks Jaime, additional CSS no worries!
