    Hello,

    I’m french (sorry for approximate translation), currently trying to make a custom template for tickets and RSVP reservations. with the last version of views templates.

    I succeeded in changing the content like I wanted to, with a child theme and the editing of some of the template views for emails.

    But my problem is, I can’t find a way to reorder the content like I want. I would like for example, the date of the event below the post-title (it’s currently above it). And to have the additional content displayed above the ticket (currently at the bottom of the email).

    Do anyone knows, by any chance, where in the files php launch this and how to change it ?

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

    For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version

    Also, I’d appreciate it if you could provide information as to which template files you have modified thus far.

    I want to note here that as per our Support Policy, we cannot provide full support for Customization or third-party integrations, even if we have a guide on our Knowledge base. It is still up to you as the end-user to implement such desired custom behavior.
