Please, how to remove the gap beween the email “header image” and the email “template container”?

There are a few different options. You can do a template override of this file:
/templates/emails/email-header.phpRemoving the
<p></p>tags around the image should help with this.Another option would be to use MailPoet to customize the template. On my test site, I used it to move the banner image around just a bit and was able to position it right at the top of the next section.
