Customer Support tab

    Hello,

    In “Groups – Capabilities” I have set Customer Support as OFF. But the Customer Support tab in Vendor store setting still exists.

    Hi,

    I have set Customer Support as OFF.

    Can you pleas show me screenshot, which you have OFF.

    Well, Support and Customer Support these are different.

    Please be sure you are using WCFM Ultimate latest version, 6.1.5

    Now it is OK when I set:
    Groups – Capabilities – Settings – Customer Support = OFF

    Please can you explain what is it the similar settings for:
    Groups – Capabilities – Marketplace – Customer Support

    Also I have set:
    Settings – Modules – Reviews = OFF, but in vendor dashboard the Reviews tab still exists.

    HI,

    Groups – Capabilities – Marketplace – Customer Support

    – This is for visibility, whether vendor’s customer support information will visible to customer or not!

    Settings – Modules – Reviews = OFF, but in vendor dashboard the Reviews tab
    – Do you have any caching?
