Customer can’t see data

    I built the site and set up Burst Statistics. I can see stats from my pc but the customer can’t – Burst Stat returns a blank screen when he clicks dashboard – statistics?

    Thanks for your message. Could you maybe provide the following:
    – Browser of the customer
    – Device of the customer
    – User role of the customer
