Custom WordPress Blocks issue

Hello,
i have added to custom blocks these urls:

hosting-tracker.com
black-friday.ga
adf.ly

but still having spam traffic. I added adf.ly because I’m having lots of spam from suspended accounts, so i prefer exlude it.

Is there something i am missing?
