Hey, i want to know is there any way i can create my own custom webstories (amp html code) but in such a way that i can open them in google’s web stories plugin?? Like i can programmatically create web stories, and then can edit in google webstories plugin?? I tried using raw amp html but when i open them in web story plugin it is empty, i guess the story has to be in specific format, can anyone help me with that?

Thanks for reaching out.

The Web Stories plugin works off a custom JSON-based data format. From there it generates the AMP HTML markup. So if you wanna build your story elsewhere, it needs to be in JSON, not HTML.
