Thank you very much for your reply, karla. Honestly, I already knew 🙂 But the moment I explained it to someone, how to put links on the images in general, I was irritated myself for a moment.
Because when you select “Link To: media file”, the “Link triggers” option appears below in the sidebar settings (kadence settings).
In contrast, the “Link To: custom” setting doesn’t show any other options. Then the block editor settings take effect in the URL input underneath the image, and there the “new window”-option setting is hidden below a dropdown-list.
