Custom ID Offset not working

    I have the problem that when I add the id of an accordion in the URL of the page, when it opens the anchor link goes up and the content ends up under my sticky header. This was in a different topic which shows resolved…..but when I change the custom ID offset, it changes nothing. I have the same problem where you can’t see the accordion title that has the anchor link in it.

    We’ve checked your query. Could you please follow these steps: Elementor Editor > Edit > Advanced Accordion > Content > General Settings > Custom ID offset > Set that 200 ( you can change the value based on your need> Update the page. For a better understanding, please have a look at the demonstration here: https://d.pr/v/SOqcaV and let us know how it goes.

    If all the steps is correct and if you are still facing issue, Please make sure to Clear the Cache of your site and server end. During this troubleshooting period please disable the Cache temporarily so that the changes could take place

    I’m so sorry for the delay!

    I cleared the cache with the host. I cleared the cache on the website, then temporarily turned off cache. I still have the same problem. (I also used “Purge SG Cache”.) I tried 2 different browsers with the same result.

    I must be missing a step somewhere.
