Custom CSS doesnt work

Hello, this is a great plugin.

I wanted to change some things:
1) Logo has a 105px margin above it.
2) Comment form is made very small.

I used custom css and added it within the plugin settings. It didnt work at all. I checked the css being executed and it was not showing.

Just one example for the first issue as I assume this is the same problem:

#psp-projects #psp-branding {
    margin-top: 0px;
}

When used within the browser, it works fine, when added to custom css it doesnt seem to even execute.

Any tips as to what I could try to make it work?
