If have Landing Pages 1.3 and when I upgraded to Call to Action version 2 it broke all contact forms. I had to reload older version of CTA.

You need to upgrade landing pages to 1.4.9 http://wordpress.org/plugins/landing-pages/ because they share components.

This will fix your issue.

V2 of CTA is much improved but you might need to resave/update your CTA templates
