    Thanks for your helpful plugin. Can you please share the css styling codes to use to make the following:

    1. make the font of lists beyond the the first in hierarchy, normal, not bold (so TOC can have first headings in bold, but not bold in their subheading?
    2. To add more spacing between the lines of the TOC, at least for the lists below the first headings? Currently they seem too compressed.
    3. To add more tabbing distance for the lines of the hierarchy beyond the first headings. They seem to start too closely the margin of their parent heading.
