CSS does not display when editting pages

    I am able to add custom CSS to both posts and pages and it works. However when I come to edit the posts and pages, the CSS that I previously added only displays for posts and not for pages. I am running PHP 5.6 and wordpress 5.01. I am running a child theme of the 2011 theme.

    I shuffled the order of the panels in the editor and the problem disappeared. I then put the panels back to the original order and the problem did not reappear. The problem is subtle and more likely to be caused by one of the other plugins
