CSS Classes – Advanced Field Options

    Hi,

    I love your plugin, however I am trying to add CSS classes in the Advanced Field Options. I enter a class name > then add styles to that class > there is no effect and I can’t see the class in developer tools.

    How does this section work?

    Hey Dave,

    Do you have a URL of a form where you are trying to use CSS classes?

    What is most likely happening is WPForms styling is overriding your custom CSS. This is semi-intentional as we make our CSS very specific so that it has compatibility with all themes.

    This can be adjusted in the settings however. In the WPForms Settings, change the Form Styling setting to “Base Styling only” and see if that helps (https://cl.ly/0v2u433r2R3P). This setting will load less styling and try to inherent more from your theme/custom CSS.
