Thanks for reaching out and sharing the error details @taufrisch88. While I can see some WooCommerce Analytics related errors, these may indeed be based on dimensions or other configurations applied from Site Kit. While I check this with the team, please share the following:

    1. Have you noticed any errors or unexpected functionality on the Site Kit dashboard from the time whereby you noticed these errors?
    2. If you clear your PHP error log, and then visit the Site Kit dashboard once more, along with any WooCommerce related dashboards with your site traffic, do you then see further errors appearing?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.

Dear James, Thank you for your reply. I very much appreciate that.
1)Yes, the Dashboard often do not load, and shows red error button “retry”.
2)I cleared PHP log, and opened Site Kit Dashboard. The mentioned error still occurs. But you are right, it’s maybe related to analytics. It’s quite hard for me to analyze these messages.
I will follow your instructions to upload the site info to your google form.
    Many thanks!

Thanks for the update. Given it sounds like these errors may be related to the issue as described in your other support topic, please share the information required there and we can try determine more on this.

It may also be worth checking does the same occur if you attempt Site Kit setup and view the dashboard from this disposable WordPress site? This will help indicate a possible host related issue if all works fine from here, while also ruling out local or browser related issues.

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.

    Dear @jamesosborne

Currently it’s stable and calm. Figures are loading and I do not receive PHP errors!
I am really sorry I can provide really useful information. Its quite outside my knowhow.

Glad to hear it @taufrisch88, and appreciate the update. No worries about not being able to share more insights. I will check this with the team. For additional insights, please share your Site Health information so I can check your plugin settings.

There may have been some conflicting configurations or events that impacted these errors, or even a network related temporary issue, however, as long as Site Kit remains functioning as expected, this is hopefully nothing of concern. I will let you know should I find out more.

Just to let you know that we received your Site Health information. Many thanks. I’ll check this with the team and report back to you here should I have any updates. I can see that you’re using one of the latest versions of PHP, and it’s possible some of the errors may be related to this.

I’ll let you know when I have an update. Please do also let me know if you encounter any loss of Site Kit functionality. Hopefully the errors you reported were temporary.

Just to update you on this, we checked this and didn’t see anything obvious that related to Site Kit. If you do encounter any loss of functionality with Site Kit active, or you do see any Site Kit references, let us know and we can investigate further. Thank you.
