Critical on this website

Hello everyone, please i really need help with this, when i try accessing the admin dashboard of my website it gives me an error message “There has been a critical error on this website”, but the website/frontend is not affected, just the admin end. How do i fix this please? I got an email with the recovery mode link but i didn’t see it on time, and the link’s expired. I don’t know how to get a new one or better still fix this issue, someone help me please?
