I’ve tested the latest version of the plugin on my end using an active user account and was able to place an order without any problems. I also tested placing an order on your site and received a successful order confirmation, though it appears the plugin may not be active at the moment.
To help us investigate further, could you please:
- Record a short video showing the issue occurring when an active user is placing an order
This will help me understand exactly what’s happening and allow me to prioritize a solution for you.

this problem is happening with many users not just me, it happens after your last update, and when i use the previuos version the problem solved,

found an older version, I had to revert to Version 3.0.8 to delete the problem
