• Hello,

I am facing a major issue with the ElementsKit plugin. Whenever the plugin is active, my pages show a Critical Error and I cannot open them using “Edit with Elementor.” The Elementor editor completely fails to load as long as ElementsKit is enabled.

Once I deactivate ElementsKit, the website and Elementor editor work normally.
So the issue is clearly coming from this plugin.

Here is what I have already tried:

    • Enabled Safe Mode → Elementor still not loading
    • Deactivated all other plugins → issue persists only when ElementsKit is active
    • Switched themes temporarily → no change
    • Cleared cache and browser data → no improvement
    • Tried all recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing helped

This issue is blocking me from editing my website, and it makes Elementor completely unusable unless I deactivate ElementsKit — which is not a long-term solution.

I need your help to fix this conflict so my pages can load normally again with Elementor.

    Thank you for your support

  • Hi morekeys,

Thank you for contacting us and for sharing the detailed troubleshooting steps you’ve already performed. We tested this issue in our development environment with the same plugin version, and ElementsKit is working perfectly here—the Elementor editor loads without any problem (please check the attached video for reference).

Since you’ve already completed the basic conflict tests, could you please share your system information from: Dashboard → Elementor → Editor → System Info

This will help us match your environment more closely and identify what might be causing the issue on your site.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. I’ll review the details as soon as you share them and get back to you with an update.

    Regards,
    Ikbal

I was having the same problem, but I’ve solved it now!

    Hi morekeys,

I hope you’re doing well. We wanted to follow up regarding the critical error issue you reported with ElementsKit + Elementor. Since we haven’t heard back from you, we assume the issue may have been resolved on your end.

Also, another user who faced a similar problem was able to fix it successfully, which suggests this behavior is likely specific to certain hosting/server environments, rather than a general plugin-wide issue.

If you’re still experiencing the problem or need any further assistance, please feel free to reply here with your updated status or share your Elementor System Info and error log — we’ll be happy to take a deeper look.

Thanks again for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Ikbal
